I took my watch in to be repaired several months ago just replace the link he did it quickly and very very cheaply. So I said I was going to come back and I did because I needed to watch battery and I didn’t wanna have to send my watch a half and wait three weeks to a month to get it back. Mr. Herrera replace my battery in a matter of 5-10 mins and for half the cost! While I was there I asked him how much it would cost to do rhodium on my rings my wedding rings he gave me a price but he also told me that I was getting ready to lose my diamond in my engagement ring . It’s not so much the cost of my rings but what these rings mean to me and the story behind them and this man just added to the story he repaired the mounting for my diamond and did the rhodium on it and I got it back the next day I didn’t have to wait a month month and a half like I did the last time! This man is amazing with the kind of work he does I am so proud that I found him! I can only assume that Mr. Herrera himself was the one to help me, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a jewelry store. He gladly offered his services on a Saturday, validating a ring that I wasn't even purchasing from him. After he told me the value of the ring, I purchased it from the individual and of course I left the ring with Mr. Herrera to size up. I have small fingers but my knuckles are not, so he tried going up just 1/4 of a size so that I wouldn't have issues with the stone causing the ring to spin on my finger. Unfortunately, the 1/4 increase wasn't enough, and I think he must have seen the disappointment of not leaving with the ring in my face, because he said he'd have it ready in 1 hour. And when I told him I had to go to work, he looked at my shirt, which has the name of the restaurant on it, then he did something that was so above and beyond just good customer, he said he'd bring it to me on his way home. I was smiling again, and sure enough, he arrived with the ring, at my work, just as he said he would. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days. I came into Herrera’s Jewelry with a broken gold necklace, expecting a quick fix—but what I got was above and beyond. Not only did Mr. Herrera personally take the time to repair it, but he also gave it a full clean and brought it back to life. I ended up leaving with a brand new pendant too.
