First time going and the food was awful... we should of took it as a sign when the place was empty. We got the enchiladas and tacos. The enchiladas smelled like the chicken had just been sitting in water and the tortillas weren't even cooked. The salsa verde tasted like pure lemon.. had no taste at all. Steak tacos were horrible as well. The meat was not good and seemed to be cooked days ago. We had ordered 2 beverages that had only been drank out of once. Once we took out first bite and realized we didn't like it at all, we decided we didn't want to keep the food at all and would just rather get our money back. I asked the cashier lady if I could just get a refund and she told me she wasn't authorized to do so. As far as the beverages she wouldn't take them back bc we had finished them... the drinks were completely full besides the one sip we took. I asked to speak w the manager but there was nobody that could assist me. It was only the cashier and cook in the building... I was told to call the next morning for Perla or Paulina. I called and Perla was very nice and said she would forward my name to the manager so he could personally call me. I never received a call and still had the charge on my account. This place is very unprofessional when it comes to management and dealing with customers who are unsatisfied. If you go here I hope you like your food and don't get this type of...

Read moreI ordered the Alambre torta, and two tacos, pastor and carne asada. I loved the alambre torta with the pineapples and crispy edges of steak with bacon and bell peppers, a nice amount of cheese and avocado as well. I liked pouring their green salsa on as well as it added a nice fresh citrus bite to the sandwich. The bread was perfectly toasted and held together well. Overall the torta was just a big delicious greatness and I recommend coming very hungry or saving half for later. 9/10
The tacos were good, nothing amazing but a solid 7/10.
We got a tres leches cake which is made in Arlington by Anakaren and it was fresh and delicious. If you want some desert the cakes here will serve you well. 8/10
The atmosphere here is good. The place was very clean inside with plenty of seating. The workers were nice, serviced with a smile and helped me with small requests without complaint. I’m glad I chose to dine in. I think the walls could some personal decorations to make it feel a little less corporate and a fountain drink machine would be nice. 8/10
Overall I really liked my sandwich and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will return again when I’m very...
