He was looking at me really hard and when I showed him the earrings I wanted he snatched them out of my hand really aggressively. On top of that he started to accuse me of stealing from there in the past when I have never been in there before. Purchased a ponytail from here two days ago, noticed that the color was too dark for my daughters hair. Went into the store to return the ponytail and the guy working the register stated that they do not do refunds or exchanges on ponytails. Then he proceeds to say “you should check that next time” very rudely with his arms folded.
