Placed a order on the app for biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. When I arrived the kid came out right away with my food that was awesome. I drove away cuz I was getting it to go and got on the highway went to pull it out to eat on my drive and there was no silverware. Who gives somebody something to go with no silverware in it. So I called up there just to let them know you know it was missing before I checked my food. when I pulled my food out the scrambled eggs were not even a fourth of the way full. I have never been to a Whataburger that the cup was not full. the biscuit should have been wrapped in paper and it was just thrown in the Box. Oh and don't even thing the food was hot, no, try room temp.
Okay that was last week today we went back there ordered a kids meal, justaburger, the burger was supposed to have mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes on it. Specifically ask for fresh french fries. these got had mustard and pickles only, both specifically ask not be on the burger. The French fries tasted like they were a week old. I think they believe because it's supposed to be for a child that the child is not going to complain about the horrible food they were just served but if I was a kid I'd be a little upset if I didn't want pickles and mustard and soggy cold fries. I called up there and talked to Jesus who seem to be incredibly too busy to really even talk to me, even hung up in the middle of our conversation to ask somebody if they need to condiments. So this would be two visits in a row to this Whataburger that have just gone totally terrible Jesus did not even take the time to ask my name he just said well come on back up and I'll replace it. Well I don't have time to come back now. This location could use some assistance. Last note, the chocolate shake I ordered with the kids meal well they forgot the shake. Completely melted. Read moreWriting another one star review for this business, I was the guy who wrote the previous bad review for the halfway filled fries incident and the rude lady on the microphone this time it’s way worse. I showed up to whataburger est may 30th late 11-12 at night with two friends we order our food, make our drinks sit down to eat 10 minutes later my buddy goes to walk outside to get something out his car and cops harass him he walks in and looks at me and goes the weirdest thing just happened cops are outside harassing me for no reason and asking him where he’s going and what hes doing then they come in and ask me to come outside with them to preform some sobriety tests because a whataburger employee called the police on me and my friends and said we were drunk when we said nothing did nothing and only were there eating our food. The police left and I let them know I would not be submitting to anything inside of the restaurant eating they left stating I seemed fine they wouldn’t bother me anymore after asking me if I was drunk driving and harassing me in the whataburger in front of everyone we were sitting here eating and the police have no idea why they were called and left.
I will never feel comfortable returning to another whataburger again I wasn’t drunk, I was eating my food didn’t speak a word to the employees of this establishment or cause any issues which is why this is very strange, I spent 10s of thousands of dollars with whataburger over the years. I will never go to another whataburger business again I will be reaching out to corporate to have this resolved in some way. Read moreI would not recommend ordering from or visiting this location, particularly between 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM. I have visited five times within the past 30 days. Yes you read that correctly, I provided them with four additional opportunities following the initial unsatisfactory experience. On the first two occasions, I walked in the lobby and placed my order in person. On both visits, it took well over twenty minutes to receive my food. A simple Breakfast Burger combo meal for one. This was not a large order, and during both instances, I was the only customer ordering in the lobby, with perhaps a few individuals utilizing the drive-through. I understand that the staff works the overnight shift, though they have chosen this schedule. Attempting to give them an opportunity to get it right, on three subsequent visits, I placed my orders in advance through the app. Not once was the food prepared when I arrived. On the most recent occasion, I ordered approximately one hour ahead of time, specifying the desired pickup time. Upon my arrival, the food was still not ready.
