I don't know what everyone else is talking about, but this "pizza" was the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered the 12" pepperoni pizza. Waited 15 minutes to be served a tiny puddle of grease. Napkins and dumping on parmesan couldn't absorb enough of the grease. Basically I paid nearly $14(without tip + 2 waters) for a thin piece of cardboard serving as a holding cell for grease. What with its towers of what looks to be a redeeming quality - the crust. Big fat NOPE. That wasn't garlic butter coating your crust, that was, lo and behold, more grease. And the crust turned out to be a disappointment too (shocker). It looked thick and the right level of crispy(ahahahaha, wrong again!), but turned out to be a crackable, center-less crust. My boyfriend likes to fold his pizza and I literally heard the "SNAP!" when he attempted to fold his slice.

Once we ate a few slices of this horrid meal, we were left still hungry and decided to order wings. We ordered boneLESS wings, and after 25 minutes (!!) we went up to the counter to ask where our food was, and the waitress said it would be a few more minutes because he wasnt finished "spicing it up." A few minutes passed, and we received 10 sad looking wings with the bone in. We asked the server to take it back and reverse the transaction on the card, and the response we got was to keep the wings they brought, and he'll still grant us the refund. Well, he put $9 back on my card and kept the $2 tip my boyfriend absentmindedly rewarded them with. I will be disputing that charge and getting my money back in full.

All around, this was a HORRIBLE experience, and I wish this lengthy review gives someone out there the thought to skip this place as an option.

We will never be returning here. The young lady that initially rang up out order was extremely sweet and got our order right, but unfortunately the food just wasn't adequate.

This establishment has the worst customer service I’ve ever received. We ordered a Large pepperoni/sausage pizza through Uber Eats. What we received was not that. We received a huge order of chicken tenders and a pizza covered in olives and mushrooms. I understand mistakes happen and simply called Bosses to tell them we must have gotten someone else’s order and asked if I could drive there, give it back and get our correct order. The girl who answered the phone replied, “you’re going to have to talk to the owner “. Seemed like an easy twist but apparently not. The owner got on the phone and was extremely rude, uncaring and not understanding. He kept demanding that what I received was what I ordered and there was no mistake. I was shocked by his tone, claims and unwillingness to let me swap it out. I explained to him that there was no way I ordered the wrong item as I would in no way order chicken tenders and a pizza with items our family is unwilling to eat. He stood firm on his claim that I could not swap it out. This is the worst service I’ve received from any establishment and I will not be back and make sure to inform everyone I know how abrasive and rude this owner is. I love supporting local businesses but this owner has ruined that for us which is sad as we’ve been fans of bosses...

Recently, I discovered Bosses, a hidden gem that transported my family into what felt like a scene from an 80's movie. My burger, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, showcased their kitchen's expertise in preparation. As first-time visitors, we appreciated their patience and attentiveness. The servers displayed genuine friendliness and offered helpful recommendations throughout our meal.
