Malley's Chocolates — Local services in North Royalton

If the staff wasnt so worried about the truck who parked across the street 1 a month on his home time maybe the store would be Clean and work actually done. Everytime the driver of the white semi truck parks across the street lil ol bittys call the police. The Giant eagle parking lot isnt even there property! Wonder uf they even know that driver hauls coco and Sugar from the Port of New Jersey to Malley's Chocolate Distribution Center in fact I wonder if the old little bittys know that everything that they sell in that store in the stores that they shop at including the Giant Eagle that if it wasn't for a truck drivers delivering those goods they starve to death? What harm is the driver causing to park there? They should really mind there job and not someone elses. Go home and chase the neighbor kids off your lawn....

Stopped at this store with my mom, upon entering the employee was on her cell phone, did not greet us or acknowledge us, I said oh hello and I proceeded to go get my chocolates and went to the checkout counter to pay for my things, didn't tell me how much my total was until I asked, paid and waited for my Mom, she was at the checkout and nothing said to her either. We go to leave there and still nothing said, not a thank you come again, have a great day or go fly a kite, I said oh thank you, have a nice day and she just looked st me. I tried calling corporate 5x, left messages and no response this was November 24th,2021, that was a month and a half ago. Not sure if I will go back to any Malleys as I don't care for this kind of...

Monday 2/13/23 by boyfriend went to the N Royalton location for chocolate covered strawberries. He spent $50 for 2 boxes. He surprised me and when I went to open the box and bite into one, the strawberry was mushy and the chocolate looks like it was almost melting. I looked at the rest of the box and the chocolate looked the same and the rest of the strawberries were also mushy - not fresh. We love Malleys but we will definitely not be buying...
