Updated review: Based on all the other great Google reviews, and the urgent need of finding a new place to buy produce in bulk, I decided to give one final try. I spoke with Dave on the phone and this time I was helped immediately. He spent some time going through the stock on hand and patiently explained to me how the process works if I want to get my produce pre-cut. On the pickup day, the owner himself came out to meet me and apologized for the frustrations caused. I was Mind you, I am not their big restaurant customers that order a ton of stuff - I ordered less than $50 in total, so I was pleasantly surprised when the owner came to talk to me. It really shows that he cares about his customers. I got a box of strawberries from him as his apology, and I thought it was a nice gesture.
The zucchinis are nice and fresh, and the strawberries are wonderful. I am impressed by how eager they want to fix something that went wrong and make sure it doesn’t happen in the future. We are humans and we all make mistakes. It’s what happens after that counts. Needless to say that I’ll be happily buying from them in the future.

Read moreHello, I just wanted to get a message through to you fine folks about how awesome the service I received today was. I called a little late this morning looking for some berries, and I believe the gentleman I spoke with was named Dave. He pulled some strings for me and got me what I needed. There was a mix-up later with the delivery - it made it to the wrong location. Dave called me later, letting me know what happened and to assure me my berries were on the way. He faxed me an invoice that I could give to the driver, and was so entirely pleasant to talk to. Not once did I ever doubt his full intent of getting me what I needed. Everything he said to me was very kind, very respectful, and very very helpful. It seemed that he genuinely meant the best, and it made me worry about my whole berry debacle so much less. Dave (I hope that is indeed who I was talking to) is a great guy, and deserves some credit for his customer service. Lastly, the driver that brought my berries to me (JJ is the name on the invoice) was, again, so pleasant. Eager to help, genuinely meant the best, and then passed me cases of berries to unload the truck. With an outstanding attitude the whole time.

Sign says out of service on the dock unreadable in the dark and there is a big sign that says drivers call the number which I did. Made a big issue out of it and even asked the other driver who made it there first, which he said I did .. were delivering to you we don't need to put down or belittled because we can't see a sign in the dark. Since I can't reply back... what would the professional thing to do? I would assume could have said the dock was out of service and when the next truck moves move to that dock... not continue on about why did I dock in wrong place.. and then try to tell me that I cut the guy that was behind me.
