Quiznos — Restaurant in North Salt Lake

Subs are ok, customer service is lacking.

I came here after receiving some coupons in the mail. One was a BOGO deal for any 8 inch sub. I should've read the fine print on the back first, because apparently Deal of the Day subs are excluded and will confuse the staff to the point that they just lie because they don't know why the computer won't accept it.

They said "We don't accept those coupons at this location"... for a coupon that came from this exact location. The return address clearly shows N Redwood Road and Cambridge Drive / 420 N Redwood Rd.

Granted this was partially my mistake, I tried using a coupon for a Deal of the Day sub, but when I asked if they could adjust the order to be used at the full price instead of the Deal of the Day price, or use it on the non-Deal of the Day sub, they just gave up and said these physical coupons don't work at all here. Kind of a lame excuse instead of saying "sorry I don't know how it works".

The sandwiches were just ok. They were out of white bread, which was unfortunate. I got a honey ham & turkey thing. My wife had a mesquite chicken. She said it was just ok.

They didn't help me out when I brought in coupons for this specific store. If you order online and are ok with those deals/coupons it's probably fine. Or if you just don't use coupons then you'll get the sub par sandwiches at full price if you're ok with that. Just don't bring in physical coupons and expect to have...

I have not been to Quiznos in a long time. This was an unexpected find in North Salt Lake.

My sister and I stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the great tasting sandwiches.

I believe the location is owned and ran by the same family. The mother and her son were very nice and did everything they could in their power to make our experience great.

There was only three people working and someone actually waiting to be interviewed. There was a lunch rush that came in and the three employees busted their butts to get the food orders completed quickly and correct.

All through this rush I saw the employees still greeting customers with a smile and never losing their cool.

The only negative thing I noticed was the Men's restroom. That thing looked like it was straight out of a horror movie.

If you are taking out this the place to go for your Quiznos fix. If you stay I would avoid...

I ordered a sandwich and soup and a drink priced at $15.75 I ordered to dine in. I was told by Pablo after paying, we need you to hurry so we can close in 5 minutes and I will ask you to leave,so I asked him for a sack. He bagged my soup i asked for 2 extra crackers for my soup he declined and said it only comes with 1 thats all! I offered to pay for the 2 extra crackers he declined my offer again and said it only comes with 1 cracker.He was very rude i asked for the manager and was told by another employee she isn't here at the moment. I was treated very poorly over 2 crackers for my soup,the whole meal was very overpriced and i ended up with stomach issues from the fermented rasberry lemonade.Avoid this place at all costs High Prices and Terrible Service and Fermented...
