It only takes one time. Live right next door to this store. Every single time I've went in I had a very awesome experience. With the exception of today. Today, two employees ruined lees for me forever. I went to the deli counter to order lunch like ur done so many times previously. Placed an order that was on the everyday menu. Was told it's a Saturday special. When I pointed at the menu and explained what it stated. One employee walked away not wanting to deal with me and the other started to play stupid and laugh. It was clear both employees were high like Cheech and Chong, and couldn't care less about being at work and serving customers. I immediately called out the employees saying I was no longer interested and it was their attitude and carelessness that turned me off. I told them to quit playing dumb and that it looked so un professional. They just kept laughing at me. Two imbeciles ruined the reputation of all the wonderful employees at one location and set back the progress so many other great employees worked hard for. Lees is falling from its grace when they begin to higher careless people like this. I'm so sorry I have to leave lees. But I don't do business that way. Consumers are not to be taken...

WOW!!!!! this place is great!! they are so friendly!!! we love going here because everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. We actually don't live in the area but my husband works close by so We stopped in to check it out. We bought some whipped fruit dip since we tried it as a sample. Well we ended up buying 4 containers of it and we were worried about it melting since it was a very hot summer day. The lady whonwas giving out the samples was nice enough to give us a bug bag of ice and also a plastic bowl to put the whipped fruit dips so they would get home still cold. It's a small store but has great variety. it also has a popcorn area where you can get several different flavors as well as fudge and stuff like that. The meat is at a great price and delish. we will definetely be back!!! A great neighborhood grocery store!! And small enough for me to get EVERYTHING I need on days when I am in pain from my fibromyalgia and don't want to walk thru a huge store in order to do some grocery shopping. all in all --probably the best grocery store I've ever been to....and their employees are all friendly, helpful and top...

This place has some good items, produce is always fresh, they rotisserie Chickens are great, decided to try the brisket from the deli and it's the worst brisket I have ever eaten. The meat is tuff, it wasn't smoked properly and the fat wasn't trimmed AT ALL. Half of what I got is fat that cannot be eaten. Overall it's not bad though.

I can say with confidence over time this store has outdone itself with satisfying customers, keeping things stocked all the time, the meat department is amazing, the best bacon prices in the entire valley, the best deli breakfast sausage I have ever had in my life, and I have never gotten anything spoiled. The cotton candy is amazing, the donuts are always some of the best, the bath bombs make great gifts, the soda selection is unique and priced fair. Every time something may go wrong the store, they fix it immediately. I must say the management has done an exceptional job as every day moves forward. I would recommend this store to anyone and put it in my top favorites in the entire Utah valley, thanks for doing such an incredible job you guys really...
