The strangest part for me is that it was the quickest hair cut of my life despite having quite a lot of hair. I noticed when she put my name on the list, and asked for me to come on back, the monitor was counting down from 20 mins. I was so astounded, Great clips is expecting haircuts with a wash to get done in 20 mins??? My thick hair needs atleast an hour with a wash to look nice. I figured from there I would not get a very good hair cut. I was right, the layers were just okay, pretty choppy as my husband had pointed out. With dense hair, layers not done well are pretty noticeable. When I saw that countdown, I knew right then I would never go to a Great Clips again. Been coming here for multiple years, but that will change after my recent visit was met with unnecessary attitude from the moment, I stepped in the door which concluded with me being told that the coupons I always have used, won't work at that location anymore. Not sure if this was actually true or just wanted to get more money from me. The money is no big deal but is unfortunate for all, because no matter who cuts my hair I always liked to use the $10 haircut coupon and then give another $10 tip directly to the hairdresser, so that the cut only cost me $20 total and the person cutting my hair got to keep $10 plus their share of the actual haircut price. I took my 2 boys and had mixed experience to this store. The stylist who cut my older son hair rushed through cutting his hair and was rather aggressive which my son confirmed later after the hair cut. She was pulling his hairs and was very rough and hurting. The boy she did after, she took time and seemed very gentle with him. I could not think of any other reason but felt that the second boy was white and we have brown skin could only explain her behaviour.

The other stylist was very nice and gently cut my other sons hairs and stopped several times in between to check with me how its going.
