Taco Bell — Restaurant in Northampton Township

This Taco Bell used to be the best. About 6 months before the pandemic a lot of the really good workers left. Since then it has been going down hill. If i pay for extra lettuce I rarely get it. Many times the black beans are forgotten in my power bowl. I usually don’t mind too much because I will call/go back and get a credit for next time.

Tonight the black beans were missing from my power bowl. When I called and spoke to the employee that took my order, he didn’t believe me. I brought him my food back (uneaten). He saw the beans were missing but he suggested this happens often. And I agreed that it does. He said “yes, but I don’t see it this often”, like he was implying I was making it up.I believe it happens more often than he knows because not many people waste their time to call about an incorrect order like I do. Any time my order is incorrect I offer to bring it back uneaten or take a picture to prove it. The employees are getting my order wrong very often but this worker made me feel like I am the one who is wrong here. I understand mistakes happen. All I want it the correct item that I order.

On a Saturday afternoon around 5PM I decided to order some Mexican food at TB. I went online to order on their website and immediately ran into issues. I inserted my zip code for the closest TB to me. I received a store in Oregon and I live in Pennsylvania. Tried several more times getting Virginia and others and somehow found a way to get the store that I wanted. I then placed my order for food, got the price, and selected "submit". Response was "Oops, checkout down, try again later". Did try later but w/o success. I then went to the store to order in person. TB has a computer screen to order and I tried using it but it didn't work. Wouldn't accept typing. I then went to the counter person to order in person. He submitted the order and the price was different than previous. When I asked why, he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't reply. Got the food, went home on a trip that was no more than 10 minutes, and found that some of the food was ice cold. Not cold, but ice cold. This is it for me with TB. No more, off my list,...

Absolute monstrosity of what used to be the best Taco Bell in all of bucks. I’ve gone 3 times in the past month to see if it was a shift issue, but it truly isn’t. My last visit was my last visit for good: the workers are rude, they literally threw my cravings box order into a bag with all the other items, literally forgot HALF THE BOX. Simply asking, where was my box’s burrito and cinnamon twists HOW DO YOU FORGET HALF THE BOX? Asked to grill the rest of my burritos, none where grilled. Asked for Diablo sauce, none were given. Asked for napkins, the reluctant worker gave me 3 napkins…nothing is properly labeled, I have to unravel every burrito to figure out what’s what, and half of them are more tortilla and sauce than any of the other ingredients. Please do yourself a favor if you are craving Taco Bell: drive to the fairless hills location. The workers are polite and they do not mess up as atrociously as they do here.
