The very first time I stepped foot in their Richboro location I had a small jewelry repair on a piece that was very sentimental to me. Earlier in the day I had taken it to a jeweler about a mile or so away and they told me it “wasn’t worth fixing” and since I was there I “may as well buy something new” even after I had told them the piece had meaning to me. I remember feeling very uncomfortable with zero trust factor.( That store closed about seven years ago, I never like to see local businesses fail but I understand why firsthand) I remember passing the sign for Margolin so I thought I would give it a try. Well, 18+ years later I am still a loyal customer. Not only did they fix my treasured piece but I did in fact buy myself a little something that day! Since then I have had some exquisite pieces made as well as adding to my collection over the years. It never fails to amaze me, every time I walk through the door my jaw absolutely drops! Such beautiful and unusual pieces in a variety of price ranges, their extensive knowledge and customer service is unparalleled and perhaps even more important than that is the trust they have built through the years. From the moment we walked into the store and were greeted by their very friendly and gorgeous German Shepherds, David and Anna were nothing but amazing. The experience of buying an engagement ring can be daunting, but they provided answers to all of our questions with zero pressure to buy anything. What's more, I decided to purchase a lab grown diamond, and even though it's less profit for the store, David conveyed that in his experience as a gemologist, he can't tell the difference between lab grown and organically harvested.

Being in the military, I had to leave Richboro and do everything else remotely. They made the process super easy and were VERY responsive.

In an era of everything being very impersonal, this was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I have already recommended them to military friends that have never stepped foot in PA because I know they will get the same level of service I got.

Absolutely appreciative of the experience I had working with the owners at Margolin. I had initially went to an establishment in Maryland that was a large, franchise type business. The experience was lackluster and I didn't feel like my business was appreciated nor needed. I then was referred to Margolin by my Mother and I am thankful that I heeded her advice. This experience was very new to me but from the second I sat down he alleviated any concerns and anxiousness. He was informative, walked me through the clarity of stones and different options per what my fiancee was expressing interest in before.
