Great Cold Treats and decent Grill Food at the nicest Dairy Queen location I've seen. Located in the heart of Richboro, this newer Dairy Queen features all the classic frozen confections like Blizzards, sundaes, soft-serve and shakes, plus hot items like chicken tenders, burgers, hot dogs, and fries. Featuring both indoor seating and a drive through, they also have a full freezer case of pre-made ice cream cakes (or order them custom), bars/sandwiches, and cups, and even candles/cake toppers. The location was reasonably clean, but the staff and service were excellent - even brought our food to our table.

Few things remind me of my childhood as much as stopping at Dairy Queen to get some of the soft-serve ice cream that has been their mainstay through the years. This location also serves burgers, fries, and other fast food. Today I had a strawberry sundae, simple but delicious. They have both a dining room and a drive-up window. Definitely a great place to stop if you need some quick food while you're out and about.

Growing up I loved coming to Dairy Queen as of recently they haven’t taste the same. I arrived it was no line and I want to say I waited about a 1 or 2 before I was helped. Nice size cone for size but didn’t taste original, no taste honestly and it was my first time trying the cookie crunch dip wasn’t a fan taste a hint of cookie but more waxy. Will return if in the area to try something different.

We were so excited when this DQ opened several years ago! Finally a DQ close by and open all year. It had always been clean and service was excellent BUT over the past several months it has gone way downhill! Apparently new ownership. We usually go 1-2 times a week and EVERY time our order is not right and the wait is at least a half hour or more (both inside and drive-thru) - and not because it's busy, can't imagine what it will be like in summer, it's because it's backed up due to service. Last night we went inside to order instead of drive-thru hoping it would be quicker. The place seemed dirty, seats were ripped and the chaos in the kitchen was crazy. The wait for our ice cream was ridiculous (order taken at 8:15, received at 8:36) and when we got it, 2 out of 5 items were wrong so we had to wait for them to replace which took another 10 minutes. Meanwhile the correct items sat turning into a melted mess, with 1 having to be remade after receiving the 2 corrected items because it was so melted and running down the side of cup. Receiving items that have to be remade happens every time we go and they're not even special requests, just basic on the menu items. Several other customers had items wrong also (even coming in from drive-thru) and others were waiting because the workers couldn't find their orders. Also items (ice cream) sat up at the ready window, melting, and not given to anyone because they weren't sure who they belonged to...... we have given them many chances in hopes things would get better, but unfortunately last night was the last night we will be...

Terrible. Absolutely rude workers and staff. Literally it hot as hell outside and me and my friend wanted to sit somewhere and eat our sandwich. Once we got there, a manager eyeballed us and said we can't bring outside food and then kicked us out. We were pretty furious about this because we had to sit out in the scorching hot weather. We go in there again a few weeks later and this time sat at the corner area and this lady comes up and says we cannot sit here. She was red haired and skinny. We reluctantly left furious again. I dont understand how such a company like dairy queen can be so god damn strict about stuff like this like its completely obscene in my eyes. Have some consideration to your customers and maybe then they would want to come back but I am sorry I am never coming back to you. Whoever you two were are a slave to this multi-million dollar company who care more about stupid trifling company policies rather than the care and consideration of your customers. If you want to get more customers then you should be more considerate for them and their well being. That's how you will get them to want to try your food out rather then sending home your minimum wage workers. Until then me and my friend are never coming back to this place even...

Been coming here for about two years, and overall have been very happy with the food and ice cream. $7 meal deals were a solid thing, and DQ had the market corned with ice cream in the winter season. Our drive through experience tonight was abysmal at best. Person on the mic/window was not interested in much of anything, but asking for sauce and ketchup was a big deal (still forgot) and when asked about the deals, just stated “they’re nine dollar deals now” and walked away. I ordered one Diet Coke, two root beers, and one regular coke. My wife is diabetic, so Diet Coke was kinda important. Dude handed me all the drinks and none were marked what they were, and when pressed about them, he said “can’t you just taste them?” Piss poor. Guess what, I tasted them and couldn’t tell the difference. Cool. What a waste of what could have been a decent experience. I don’t normally write reviews, but damn, get it together. Didn’t appreciate embarrassing my wife or my...
