I was super excited to find this shop as they have cool products and great prices, especially on Carta accessories. Some things are just too good to be true, however. I purchased over $200 of accessories, including multiple Chromatix items, which Moonshot has listed as being for the Carta 2. Unfortunately, they are NOT. The atomizer has a completely different connection and the Carta 2 doesn’t fit properly in the carrying case.
I’ve been trying for over 3 weeks to discuss this with Moonshot and get it resolved to no avail. I’ve sent multiple emails, used their contact us page on their website, called the store, was told by the store to call Sam because they didn’t deal with anything from the website, called Sam and left a voicemail, texted Sam a few days later after no response, sent an IG message, and sent a Reddit message. Nothing. No response whatsoever.
They had no trouble communicating with me that they were out of stock of the colors I ordered and needed me to make a 2nd choice, but they can’t seem to respond to me on this.
I guess it’s time to dispute it with my credit card company. Bummer. I was really hoping they worked out, as I was going to order gifts for my team.
EDIT: It took over a month but I finally did receive a return label and a refund. I was told they were going to send me a "free care package to make up for the inconvenience," but it's been a month and I never did. Whatever, no biggie. Got...
Read moreBe careful when ordering from this business. They claim to have products on their site, but when ordering they don’t mention they don’t have in stock, and you’re stuck waiting for something that will never arrive. They use your money as a preorder and you never receive your product.
They said in their response below they told me it was a preorder, that’s completely false to make up about not even having the product. They actually said the opposite and reassured it wasn’t a preorder. They just added the preorder detail on their website now that I’ve complained.
Seeing other folks have issues with getting their products months later should be a clear answer to stay away.
I chatted with the owner and staff several times, which they told me “the product is on its way.” He even went as far to say the products got shipped to the wrong city by accident and I’ll have it next week. Yea, it never came.
He calls it harassment because I’m calling asking about the product I paid for, but they make up lies saying it’s on its way each time. “We just got it today and breaking down the boxes”
Product never came. Be careful with this business and order elsewhere.

Decent prices when compared to other smoke shops, in some cases almost better but usually about on par with other online stores (money wise). Their selection of glass is pretty nice just make sure you 100% make sure what you get works as you want it to. When I tried to exchange a unused glass piece the sales guy just said he couldn’t help me and walked away, so take that for what you will. Customer service is nonexistent if you want an exchange or help, but they’ll really sell the hell out of their products. Also for clarity: everything I purchased works fine, my only gripe was that one of the pieces appears to be too high maintenance, hence why I wanted to swap it for a simpler one (would’ve been ok with taking a $ loss too, I just wanted something smaller), I also wanted to ask about some chazzing on the banger that came with the carta I purchased, but couldn’t…. cause the guy just walked away before I could tell him about it.
