They canceled the order that I was coming to pick up. This is costing me $20 in lost wages and my last time and my lost gas. They said it was because if they weren’t open, but they were definitely open full of customers. The guy at the front said that he wasn’t able to correct the order cause he was too busy. Leaving me and my customer out of our money out of our time and he did not care. I will never return to this place. How rude. Their time is not more important than everybody else else’s. Lying and saying that they’re closed when their store is full of gas is ridiculous. They have the order that the guest request requested. They just didn’t want to fill it. Didn’t have time to call and correct their issue. This will send delivery drivers to their restaurant over and over and over again, causing harm to every delivery driver that comes to pick up this order until they fix the issue. How...

I live in McHenry County, but had to go to Buffalo Grove yesterday, I had been wanting good Jewish bagels and corned beef for awhile and I didn’t want to drive all the way to Skokie. I found the Upper Crust through Google and the reviews were great, so I went. I ordered 2 dozen bagels, cream cheese, 1/2 loaf of bread and a corned beef sandwich. The gentleman asked if I wanted mustard or Mayo, I told him “NO mustard, Mayo is great, and lettuce, tomato, onion, whatever veggies they put on is good. After driving a bit, I couldn’t wait any longer, opened my sandwich and the ONLY condiment on it was mustard! Yuck! I got up this morning and was going to toast some bread! It’s moldy! This place is tied for the freshest bagels around. Check out the bialy selection which rocks. The deli counter is full of the classics any Jewish mother would love ( relax, I’m part of the tribe myself) Smoked fishes, spreads. My favorite is the chive cream cheese.
