I would like to give negative rating if possible. It was a very very very bad experience. Suggestion would be to be professional, provide clean food and environment and behave with customers. Went with few friends for lunch. Water cups provided were used and still had water droplets in it. The management confirmed that they reuse the disposable cups and the reason given was that it's plastic and plastic is reusable. Management was very very rude. Also the drinking water provided was dirty (had tiny white particles floating). When we asked about it, they mentioned that it's the water from the tap and they were not guilty about providing that and didn't even care to apologize. Again when we showed and questioned them, they tried to cover up by saying that they would squeeze lemon in the water. Our concern was if the drinking water is contaminated and we could see it, what kind of water would they use for cooking. Also not sure if they will recycle the plastic carry out boxes too. We are a frequent customer and this totally devastated us

I've ordered carryout from Simply Thai countless times since they opened. Today was my worst and last experience. I ordered online. I arrived 15 minutes after opening but they were closed. Employees ignored my knocking for several minutes. When the owner arrived he was put out that I was frustrated with them not being open. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I said to keep my $20 and that is was last of my money he would see. He followed me to my car and grabbed my door when I tried to close it. Shameful example of customer service. I will never go back.

Edit after reply - I work less than a mile away. For years, I have placed orders and immediately left to pick up my food. My orders were always ready within a couple of minutes of my arrival. Today, you opened late, your employees ignored my knocking, when they finally came to the door they said they didn't have any orders, and you said it was my mistake. Then, you followed me to my car and grabbed my door to keep me from leaving. You're lucky I did not take defensive action or call the police. You should seek psychiatric help and anyone ordering from you should be on guard to...

Start with a positive: lady at the counter was helpful on menu selections but forgot to mention prices don't match paper menu or those on the board - no explanation but just charged more than advertised. Asked for extra spicy Drunken noodles with Chicken and received blend food with under cooked chicken. You see the spices they threw on top. Very disappointed!

UPDATE: After owner response, I am even more convinced not to every visit this place. Using 12 years old menu and NOT informing customers of price change goes beyond just bad experience, it is just business in bad faith. Invest in updated menu OR train your staff in communicating the right price BEFORE charging! Oh, while you are at it, look into food preparation as well as owner did not even acknowledge...
