This place falls victim to something I see a lot of places get wrong. They penalize the customer for being a customer. I'm from far out of town, I regularly drop into LGS's in whatever areas I travel to to just get an idea for the area and support what I think is the backbone of MTG.
I want to walk into a store where I expect to spend a few hundred dollars and be treated like I am actually wanted there. However, at no point in my time here did I at all feel welcomed. The employees were rude and unhelpful. They talked AT me like I should already know everything about their business. They charge a larger price on singles in their case, but less if you order through their system. I don't live here, I don't want to look at a computer or make an account. When I inquired about singles in the case I was given the rudest diatribe about 'if you're going to come in and be stubborn and make us touch the cards or work, we're going to charge you more'.
This is absolutely nonsense. And I'm rather sure violates some consumer protection laws. I hope they change some of these backwards policies around. I won't know though because I'll never go back here. I will be contacting...

The store: Vast variety of products. Everything you need for the hobby you cherish or the hobby you’ve simply just begun. Prices are fair and the inventory is plentiful. Really nice selection of products and very impressive layout and order.
The Staff: Nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Collectibles can somewhat attract real “nerd jerks” to stores but not this place. The staff is friendly, informative, and most of all…welcoming! They don’t care if you’ve been an enthusiast for a day or even a lifetime. They love to help and provide suggestions on your journey. I noticed their customers share the same spirit and are always happy to share their thoughts to help you out, too.
Safety: These guys are safe and clean. Hand sanitizers are everywhere and they have an impeccable notice for the latest CDC guidelines. They like to have fun but also like to ensure the fun won’t have to stop because of a hiccup.
If you’re searching for a welcoming and downright wonderful collectible/card shop. This is it.
Seriously.

Besides Games Workshop miniatures they also had Reaper and D&D and a couple of other brands that I am not familiar with. The space is well organized: It is a split level design with the store on the floor and plenty of gaming space up half a flight of the stairs. There is also a more private space for tabletop wargaming. For all these long gaming sessions the restroom is there, a selection of beverages and a KFC...
