I was very rushed specially when a crowd of people walked in.... I never had a bad experience w these guys... but this time was different. I dont mind being rushed but I do mind when at my event I change into my RENTAL and pieces don't fit....

the expensive rental suit should be ready to wear... PERIOD!!

However, when I returned it and I explained what happened I was told it was my fault for not adjusting the piece that didn't fit.... IM NOT A TAILOR I said... I came...got fit... left w the suit and when I change at my event....some pieces didnt fit.... MAYBE YOU PICK IT UP TOO FAST...no I said I didn't want to rush... I was gonna pick it up the nexr day ...the guy measuring me made me take it that day....

I didn't even get n apology because I was too stupid to pay $200 for a half done suit and not knowing how to adjust a rental piece...

Maybe he is right and Im stupid for thinking that this place is the same it was for so many years... I never had a problem before... I rented many times here... I got to my events ...change into my rental and VOILA! ...Everything was good.....

But today. ..this time. ..it was DIFFERENT ..seems like self SERVICE was the motto... I know sometimes businesses have their bad day....I guess that day was my day to experience .... I should of known better when I kept clashing words w the TAILOR guy...

Will I come back?.. ..only time will tell.... but no good words from me this time..... they can do that...

Had a great experience for my wedding. All my groomsmen got fitted perfectly including one who lived in San Diego and sent his measurements in. Can not say enough about Jimmy, he was a great help. I bought my tux so it was a bit more involved than the rentals for my groomsmen and he helped me every step of the way. Alterations for sizing were no problem and drop off was quick and painless. Would recommend to anyone...
