I am very upset that I drove over an hour to get here (5:00 on a Friday from Santa Monica on the 405)and the selection was not that great Whenever I do come to the store, I always use my husband‘s military card, which I have used several times in the past to help me save a little because I never walk away with just one shoe Today the manager wouldn’t accept it at this time unfortunately, my husband is Handicap and it’s too hard to bring him out so I pick out stuff he loves His salary pays for all these nice shoes that our family wears and for them not to except his benefit card it’s disheartening that he can’t walk because he serve for this country. I’ve never had a problem at the store in the past and that’s why I come here for the great deals, I think this was so unfair. I won’t waste my money nor my time with Vans...

My experience at Vans Outlet Norwalk. Was amazing. Though customers must register they'll be given a window of time to return so they won't have to stand in line too long. In my case I knew exactly what I wanted. So one of the customer service representative went to check & fortunately they had it in stock. So I waited my turn & paid for my purchase. Had it not been for these representatives going above & beyond the call of duty. I would have had to wait until the next chance I had to get to the Vans store meantime wearing torn shoes.! So a shout out and a big thank you to Vans outlet I strongly recommended they have plenty of parking they have wheelchair access customer services very friendly very professional and they I don't give five stars very often but they got five stars today...

I love coming to this store, me and my family come here at least twice a year. Every time we stick up on shoes, clothes and accessories. We were here last week and were able to buy backpacks, fanny packs, sandals, shoes, shirts the buy one get half off deals really help me and my family of seven out. The staff is always helpful and are willing to check the stock room for your size and style. The i Lt reason I marked them down was due to the limited checkout options.
