I called the shop and the owner tells me to bring van to shop and when I get there he tells me that he don't have a face cover for my sprinter van, he said he can't get one now so i offered to bring my own then he said he don't have time now that he is booked to weeks out of solid work!! Thanks you heaving drive to your shop for no reason!..... I told you I wanted to buy a new head unit and you reply stereo , I said yes .. I told you 4 times that I can get you a new face plate and when you saw my van you saw that I no longer had a sprinter factory stereo no need for codes... you saw my old alpine broken and you said no!!! With a attitude.. remember my son was with me cause he also need a new amp and sound systems for his Honda but when he saw how you approach us with attitude we went straight to pacific stereo and got his and my new unit! You said you can't not work on my van ... due to, too much work load! you turn away and started talking to next customer that walked in .. you never mentioned any dealer or codes.. attention customer you will be judged based on what you drive .. also don't bless me after the fact you deny service... and didn't even greeted us right as potential customers.. you should have attended me with respect.. you made me feel like I was not at your level of customers!! I miss "magic tint and sounds " in la mirada closed...

This place is awesome! I called yesterday and spoke to Jay (the owner) who is a super polite and professional gentleman who was able to instantly provide me a verbal quote over the phone just with the make, model, and year of my car to replace 4 of my speakers that had worn out. No problems with availability on parts whatsoever. I came in today to replace them and he was finished in just about an hour and honored his quote to me. Jay is a super friendly man who, in his own words, says “It’s not about the money.” He treats customers like family and offers super affordable prices that put the customer first. I sincerely appreciated the level of service he offered and the connection we were able to establish. Please support this man’s business, you would be hard pressed to find better service, prices, and expertise...

Awful car audio service spot owner says he would not do a audio rewire on my car because i had amps and it would take to long and he wants to retire and does not want to trouble shoot (Old install and have always had problems with it and think it was just a bad install to begin with) No idea why keep it open if you do not want to work on anything that may take you time even tho my car is old and the job is really simple.

Please close the shop to save us all wasting time on you and your bad attitude on service work thanks...
