Starbucks — Restaurant in Norwalk

+2 stars: I enjoyed my frozen strawberry acai lemonade, especially in the heat of Southern California summer.

+1 star: It was a relatively quiet morning to get my work done. That is until 9:45 when an influx of people arrived, making orders, having a drink and chatting. The crowd left usually after 30 minutes. I sat and finished my task for a little less than 3 hours and saw two influxes of patrons, both mobile order and in store orders.

+1 star: This Starbucks has a relatively clean and safe environment. The table I sat had a piece of paper straw wrapper on it, but otherwise clean. One of the two restrooms were out of order, so all patrons waited to use the restroom during the influx of people. I noticed a mom bringing her son in while on phone for her business and felt safe to step out to finish her phone conversation while the child is inside dining, and one of the baristas kept her eye on the child.

+1 star: The baristas were courteous and helped the regular customers as well as travelers, individuals as well as family, and persons with disabilities.

I had a horrible experience this morning at Starbucks I usually always come here and they have REALLY REALLY good customer service but today the lady with purple hair I did not know her name because there wasn’t a name tag but the lady bringing my order outside was very rude and sarcastic and I’m asking her nicely hey you forgot my drinks and she laughs and goes back inside and greets someone with their food instead nicely so the guy next me said hey she was her first you forgot to bring her out . So she then go back inside and brings back only one drink with out any gloves on while COVID 19 is spreading fast and forgets to bring me my second drink and ask me rudely what was your other drink in a rude tone of voice I guess to humiliate me . I felt very uncomfortable this was the worst experience...

I can’t believe the service here!!!! It’s absolutely awful!!!! They close the lobby area 30 mins till 7:00 p.m they took my order at the drive thru didn’t give me an item so I got off went to try and go inside and it was locked. I was knocking on the window while there was a worker sitting there and she didn’t even budge. I then had to walk up to the drive thru like a weirdo yelling over the car that was there to pay and get their order. I told the female that she missed my item and said I’ll take it out to you. I went to the front for my item and I waited another 6 minutes till a car finally says “hey I got your pastry she gave it to me” what kind of service is this?????????
