I was very pleased with the people at Mr. TV Electronics. While the store itself is almost ramshackle in appearance, the service and offerings are about as good as anywhere you can find. As was explained to me, the TVs are purchased in containers from Samsung or LG, with damages ranging from a slightly ripped box to broken screens and everything in between. The owner painstakingly examines & tests each unit to determine which units will be offered for sale. The rest of them are disassembled to extract the undamaged modules which are sold to repair shops.

The TVs have both a 30 day return policy (10% re-stocking fee) and a 12 month warranty.

Once you’ve specified the model you want, the owner removes the selected TV from its box, connects it to power, demonstrates that it works and shows how to easily configure it once you get it home.

Because credit cards charge 3% and PayPal charges 5%, you will get your best deal if you bring cash (eBay prices include “or best offer”). I bought two Neo QLED TVs (65” & 55”) that are currently for sale at stores like Best Buy, but I was able to (politely) negotiate a great price for the QN90A units.

2 years I saved this on my to-go list if I ever was going to buy a TV when I found them on social media to finally make way out there only to be met with "what do ya want?" attitude. Just from the outside the place looks sketchy, not inviting at all. Once inside the the place is dead. Was asked what I was looking for only to be told "we dont got it" and was only being shown an expensive model I wasnt interest in. I walked, dont waste your time! Doubt this place is going to stick around much longer. Went to Walmart and got the same size and brand I wanted for a fraction what these clowns kept...

Absolutely outstanding service and the highest quality TVs and accessories for the best price in all of Southern California! The owner and his staff were incredibly friendly and most helpful! They answered all of our questions and allowed us to inspect the TV before taking it home. The owner even went a step further by repackaging the TV for us after inspection and helped us load it into our truck, ensuring that it would be transported safely. We are very happy with our purchase and our overall experience. We definitely recommend Mr TV...
