Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Norwalk

I have gone to this little Caesars twice now and had nasty experiences.

First of all, it looked like the floor hadn't been mopped in weeks and there was dust all over the window sills. The first time I went I ordered a hot & ready and left, only to see they gave me the oldest, driest, grossest pizza!

Ok.. so last night I try it again, order a stuffed crust, wait 25 minutes for it, all while noticing the overflowing trash and dirtiness around, and get an undercooked pizza. When you bit the cheese you could still feel the shreds falling apart and the dough wasn't cooked enough. I don't understand how they had us wait for so long and it still wasn't cooked enough!

The lady in front seemed to be trying her best to help all the customers and help in the back but it wasn't enough. Nasty place....

So thia is my thin crust "half" pepperoni and half pineapple it's not even have pineapple and it charged me a dollar 1.75 more let me tell you this pizza took 25 minutes to make it was completely slow there must have been five other customers within the whole 35 minutes that I was there today . took 10 min to to be attended the girl at the counter was polite and was smiling but still the fact that it took so long and they were not even answering the phone the whole time I was there is it's very disappointing on top of that the person that had taken my order then after went to the back to help make pizzas did not wash his hands was scratching his forehead and again did not...

Their pizza making is getting sloppy but theone thing I did find disturbing is one employee who was off and waiting for a ride was at the front counter with his phone out plugs in and really just in the way while the other employee I am thinking a manager cause she was changing out the money jour was trying to help the multiple customers and still do what she needed to do he should of waiting in the front of the counter or in the chairs that are in the establishment or really right out the door. He wouldn't even move when she was trying to get the pizza from the holding area. As a customer I wanted to tell him what a bad impression he was giving...
