I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received in the hardware department during my recent visit. When I walked in, I was completely ignored by a salesperson. As a customer, I believe a simple greeting or acknowledgment is a basic expectation, but this salesperson remained focused on his typing work and made no effort to engage with me. Despite giving them the model number and exact dimensions of our microwave, they selected a cabinet that was not deep enough and as a result, the microwave sticks out 1/2 an inch.
