Iâd give 100 stars if I could! Itâs rare for me to leave a salon completely satisfied, but I am ecstatic about my experience here. As someone with curly hair, Iâve always been terrified of haircuts because itâs so hard to find a stylist who truly understands how to cut curls properly.
Cami Rice â you are an absolute genius!
Before coming here, I never would have associated science with hair, but after working with Cami, I was fascinated by her depth of knowledge and understanding of the science behind hair. She was incredibly clear and intentional throughout the entire process, from cutting to coloring (this was my first time coloring my hair!), and she explained the reasoning behind each artistic decision.
My curls have never looked better. The weird straight strands on top? Gone. My hair is now full, bouncy, and incredibly curly. I havenât even needed to use curl productsâmy hair holds its shape beautifully without frizz!
10/10 recommendâCami LITERALLY has her art down...

If you decide to choose this salon, I recommend NOT booking appointments for future dates, and DO NOT leave your card on file! If you do leave your card, be sure to NEVER have an emergency or miss an appointment. They WILL charge your card!!! (I was charged $120), and my stylist never explained their cancellation policy. In fact, I had NO idea my card was even left on file.(Iâm sure âI signedâ something that was also not explained to me). I trusted my stylist, bad idea!!!âŚ. They will make excuses for their employees who do NOT explain their cancellation policy! I COMPLETELY understand having a cancellation policy, I also accept I missed the appointment, howeverâŚ. $120???? The salon is NOT worth the headache, and there are so many other options...
Read moreThis was my first visit to the Studio on Bridge. First of all, the building (old historic house) is beautiful. It's got a full, wrap-around front porch with cushy couches that beg you to hang out & watch the passersby. The location is perfect. There's even a Starbucks next door, so you can get your caffeine fix before or after your haircut. Having no previous experience with this salon, I wasn't sure who to ask for. So, I picked the first available appointment & it happened to be with Courtney. Score! My fine hair, cut on an asymmetrical angle, is a challenge for many hair dressers. But, Courtney knew exactly what she was doing. She did an amazing job, as a matter of fact, and she was fun & easy to talk to. She obviously takes great pride in her work & her salon, so I highly recommend giving her a shot or any one of her talented team members (all of whom have super cute hair,...
