WORST FLORIST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even begin to express my hatred of this florist. I called to have some flowers delivered for my mom's birthday and requested pink peonies, white roses, and some greenery in a vase. The bouquet that arrived (and cost $122) was inexplicable. It was not in a vase but rather a low, flat container, and lilies, carnations, succulents, and two very strange, long things sticking out the top. Not only was it unbelievably unattractive, but it died 3 days later! I called to remedy the situation and the woman that I spoke to (broken English and difficult to communicate with) said that the wrong arrangement had been delivered and that she would send a new one on Friday. I explained to her that my parents were leaving town and it needed to be delivered by Thursday at the latest. She said she was going to the flower market that morning and would deliver what we had asked for by Thursday evening. When the flowers had not arrived by Saturday morning, I called back and she told me that she "didn't like anything at the flower market" therefore didn't follow up on her obligation, nor did she even call to let me know. She said that she could deliver something on Monday, and I reminded her again that they were leaving town. I asked for a complete refund since, for the second time, they had completely screwed up our order.
When the refund didn't show up on my credit card statement, I called back and the woman (again with the broken English) refused to refund the money, even though she had agreed to do so three days earlier. When I demanded my refund, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!
How these people manage to stay in business is absolutely beyond me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR...
   Read moreVery disappointed. We ordered a nice Christmas arrangement displayed on Teleflora for my grandmother in Novato. We received a text photo of what she received from her caretaker. It wasn't close to the arrangement we ordered and paid for. They substituted cheap Mums and Tulips for roses, left out the decorative gold leaves and ribbon, and it was much smaller than what we ordered. They likely figured we wouldn't see what they sent, us ordering from out of state. This was no last minute order either. Ordered on 12-17 or 12-18 and gave them flexibility on delivery date. No excuse for this. We heard they have new ownership, hence the good past reviews and lousier new ones (Yelp). Will be calling them right after Christmas to see if they plan to do...
   Read moreDishonest. Ordered a Deluxe bouquet of roses, which has 30 roses in it. I have included a picture from their website. The picture with about 8 roses, that is what was delivered, after charging $250.00 dollars. When I called, they tried to tell me they were "very high quality roses" and worth the money. I told them they needed to make this right, at which point they hung up on me, and blocked my number. How do I know they blocked my number? It goes straight to voicemail, but the two other phones I borrowed rang no problem.
Run for the hills, they will cheat you out of your money, no questions, and then block you. Please feel free to send me a message for any questions regarding this business. They run a fraudulent scam and should be avoided...
