Let me preface with retail is hard. Retail during the holidays is extra challenging. Everyone is doing their best. However, today I go into this See's candy. Only one of the four employees acknowledged me—without a smile or a “be right with you.” As the line stagnated, two other customers left in frustration. When I asked the assistant manager, Hardy or Harlan, to ring me up, he pointed to the line and curtly said, “There’s a line.” His response felt dismissive and rude. As an assistant manager, I expected better attentiveness to customers needing assistance. While I’ve had great experiences with the staff here, particularly the Asian employee who provides excellent service, this visit was disappointing. I’ll be visiting the Corte Madera...

I recently shopped here and I had a great experience. There is ample parking at this location. When I arrived I found the store clean and well organized. I was quickly greeted and made to feel welcome by the store staff. I got about 7 pieces of chocolate. It ls so hard to not but one of everything. I always enjoy how See's candies changes its boxes for all large holidays, making it perfect for gift giving. Thanks for the great experience....

We always enjoy See's! We stopped by and bought some of my sister's favorites. Tried the new dark chocolate butterscotch, WOO HOO! It is yummy! Then we bought some! Diet? What diet? What are you taking about? But we promised ourselves to make them last and...
