I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with the customer service I received at your Novi store! I was in a serious time crunch, and I needed a sports coat and slacks for my Uncle's funeral the next day. The young lady that assisted me on Monday, December 11th, was a miracle worker! She was very patient with me, and found me an excellent black sports coat that I could wear, right off the rack, and sent me to the equally-awesome Mr. Bazzi's shop, to put a quick hem in the pants! I was in-and-out of DXL in less than an hour, and home before my dinner got cold! Nice, well kept store. Starting to find that they care more about sales than service. I purchased a $125 dress shirt I needed for a wedding on a Friday and on Saturday or Monday I received a coupon in the mail for $20 off. Most places would typically honor and do an adjustment. No. Not here. Hezekiah quickly responded that he wouldn't accept the coupon, when I spoke to him over the phone. I feel that this was partially due to me putting away some items when I was in the store and he lost part of his sale. The store is clean and stocked well, going on a recent vacation we needed to update some clothing for me, my wife went in with some "guesses" to my size but they were wrong. I went in with the return and to get replacement items in my size, the staff was very helpful and made the experience go super smooth.
