Sierra — Local services in Novi

This store is dangerous, but in a good way. They offer a lot of big name brand apparel at heavily discounted prices. The caveat to that is the fact that it is a little bit dated merchandise that did not sell out originally from other stores. One thing to note up front is that if you buy something today that you like, there is no guarantee at all that they will have it again the next time. Most of the items though you wouldn't be able to tell were 'older' patterns, etc from a year or two ago. They also offer more than just clothing. They have a lot of outdoors related items for camping/hiking and even items for your pets. I went on an unexpected spending spree after I kept finding more and more clothes that were very comfortable that I could wear everyday and also wear for a cruise that I will be going on very soon. If I paid the regular retail prices I would have spent over $500, but I ended up spending just less than $200 and that includes the taxes! The store was clean and organized and staff was friendly. My first time stopping in here (I initially wasn't even sure what it was). The store is super clean (including the bathroom, which was super nice) and the staff is friendly and professional. With that being said..I must also say, WOW! This place sells A LOT of pretty pricey items, at super cheap prices. Everything from camping gear, clothing, shoes/boots, to pots/pans, and even snacks.

You may be thinking that this sounds kind of like some other very popular discount stores (that shall remain nameless). And it is true, and that is because they are all owned by the same company.

However, I found that this place has a lot more higher end items than those other similar stores. And the clearance items here, are dirt cheap. Like SUPER cheap, which is great if you're on a limited budget. You can end up with a lot, for very little if you browse around for a little while.

They have tons of stuff here for the whole family (even your 4 legged members). I will for sure be going back periodically to see if I can score some more...

Love this place. It's not available in other states so most people from out of state don't know about it. It's part of the tj maxx, Marshall's, and HomeGoods store. This store focuses on outdoor gear and clothing and has most of the bigger brands like North face, Spyder, and Columbia. They need this store clean and the bathrooms are normally spotless as well. I go here for all my winter stuff as well because of all the mountain and snowboarding gear even in the summer they have sweaters, hoodies, and jackets available. It's also a good option for discounted shoes like nike and Adidas. Most people forget it's an option there. They also have the largest selection of outdoor socks and wool socks I have seen for a discounted store. The last thing I love about it is the pet section.
