Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Novi

We will likely not be returning to this establishment ever again. Dirty Tables and Negligent service! The 1st booth they took us too the seat was all sticky and wet like someone had spilled pop or juice on it the second booth had food all over the seats and finally the 3rd one the table top was really sticky and the seats had food crumbs on it, I told the guy it's ok we'll just make this one work lol because clearly they don't clean their tables very well or at all. We ordered our food and I asked for a house salad when placing our order because I hadn't eaten anything all day and this was around 8pm and I let our waitress know that I'd really like a house salad asap because I was sick to my stomach from not eating anything all day I asked for extra ranch and lots of croutons, finally after almost 15mins of waiting I went to the kitchen area where the wait staff were and I asked someone if they could please ask our waitress if I could have my salad because I wasn't feeling good and really needed to get some food in my stomach. I went back to my seat finally after almost 10more mins someone brought me my salad with no croutons and very little ranch lol I said to the lady thank you very much I don't care if theres no croutons or extra ranch that's ok I really just need to eat thank you very much. Finally we got our food and it was actually pretty good, I feel like the portion size of the French fries were way to small and I asked for mine to please be extra extra extra crispy so they would be very well done almost burnt, the fries were ok but definitely not well done. I would NOT recommend this place (location) to anyone as they do not keep a clean restaurant and the staff are not attentive to what the customers ask for when placing an order. I'd like to give them Two stars because the burgers were really good, but the service was very unacceptable and the tables were absolutely disgusting and after asking a second time for extra pepper ketchup sauce for my burger it was perfect, I don't understand why they forgot the extra pepper ketchup sauce that I asked for when we initially...

This place was disgusting and ran like a bunch of toddlers worked there!!! Ordering: waited forget just for someone to approach the counter. As I was waiting for my food the people before me came up to get some tables cleaned and request that the ketchup dispenser be fixed. Their food took 10 minutes to be bright out, in the mean time the order taker called out 2 other names for orders.... There were non m NO other people in the restaurant. As I waited for my order which was on the trays ready for me in the window... The drive-thru people took sandwiches off of the trays and put them in the bags for the drive-thru. A gentleman came in line after me waited for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging that he was there and he turned around and left. The people that were before me claimed that they had a whole extra order that they had received because this place was so unorganized. When I finally received my food the drinks were not even ready so I had to wait again for my shakes!! The floors were so filthy sticky that my and my family's shoes were literally peeling off of them. The bathrooms were nasty with poop and pubic hairs all over the seats and inside the toilets. I sent my son up to get sauce for his chicken fingers he came back 3 minutes later and said no one was up there so I just went up there and helped myself behind the counter to the sauces.

Someone needs to manage this place and fire the people that were on this shift on August 18th at 2:00 p.m.

After a quick shopping trip turned into a longer one, my husband & I decided to grab take out on the way home. We were in 12 Oaks Mall. We decided burgers sounded great. Then we had to figure it where to stop. Red Robin's popped into our minds as we hadn't been there in a while. We walked in to see if we could just order take out in person. Yep it was fine we were directed to go into the bar and to give our orders to the bartender. I hadn't had a garden burger in ages and was going to be good. My husband said, " you have hardly eaten anything today you worked out at physical therapy earlier then shopped using your canes not your UpWalker. You know you want a meat burger. You are feeling weak. Please get a burger & food! " You got to love a hubby who cares! We both ended up getting Banzai Burgers I had the zucchini fries with mine. I also had them skip the lettuce as it was iceberg and not Romaine. The burgers were amazing. They even made mine well-done with out any pink & not charred beyond recognition. The zucchini fries were great too! I even ate them plain they were that good! The only downside was that I should have ordered the pineapple & sauces on the side-- my Eskie dog Lilly was mad that I wouldn't give her any bites of pineapple ( her favorite) or buger because of the teriyaki sauce. The staff was helpful and courteous even though the kitchen was really busy due to some dine-in orders and a lot of carryout orders. We really missed Red Robin's. It was great to eat...
