Golden Phoenix CrossFit — Local services in Nutley

One of the best parts of my day, besides waking up. This is my third long term CrossFit Gym, each one with its unique vibe and approach to programming. I know what it's like to have a great experience from my first two gyms. I'm happy to say that my CrossFit experience continues to be great with Golden Phoenix Nutley. The structure of class has been very effective for me: warm-up/skills/strength/ WOD/cool-down with different strength levels based on your abilities. Jacqueline runs her gyms very effectively. All the coaches are very adept and patient. Equally important- the people- some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. What a great CrossFit gym. I come in as an older adult with a lot of issues. I spoke with the coaches and they tweak my exercises to follow what the rest of the gym is working on. I still get a great workout and encouragement from everyone that’s in that gym. They are the most friendliest people They welcome you from the moment you step in that door.
