I bought a South Sea Pearl Puka from Kim last week while vacationing with my husband in Oahu. It is arguably the most stunning piece of jewelry I own. Despite the weight you feel when you hold it, it was weightless on my neck. My neck and décolletage area has become increasingly sensitive with age, but my beautiful puka was so comfortable, I forgot I was even wearing it. My 10 yr old daughter bought a necklace from a lovely lady when we were in Hawaii and she absolutely adored it. She loved hearing about how her daughter helped her collect the shells in the early morning and how they handcrafted their beautiful jewelry. She wore her necklace everyday and told everyone about it. One morning while helping make breakfast it fell off of her neck and the little bottle full of shells shattered on the floor.
