I really enjoyed my massage. Very effective to relieve the tension, and my masseuse was very responsive to feedback and adjustments that I requested.

Minus one star because of lack of price transparency. Just expect to pay $80 minimum. The $70 option isn't really real, that's for "light pressure" and doesn't include the masseuse using their body weight to step on you which is kind of the whole point of this type of massage.

Edit: I see the response but I think you are thinking of the wrong person. I did not make my appointment online and I was not getting over a cold. There was no discussion about the 30 minute stoppage. It's okay, it's not relevant really to my review, but wanted to clarify that that wasn't me. If anything it's funny that more than one person came in for a $70 massage and it turns out in $80 massage is...

My daughter & I went in for a full body massage. Minty was very helpful & kind. She unlocked the door to let us in. Safety is very important. She suggested that we each get a $70 combination massage that is best for us. Agreed. Ladah did a great job making my daughter's first massage relaxing. Mahalo. After a great massage, we were treated to tea & snacks. Minty suggested $140 cash only. I did not have enough cash so she said card okay. Minty asked if she could add tax to the card & I said yes. Besides taxes, Minty added $20. Then she asked me to add tip. It was a nice time for mother and daughter so I tipped both of them 20%. Thinking Minty added the $20 and would remove it after a generous 20% tip. She did not. Minty unlocked the door & let us out. PLEASE STOP RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS WAS OUR FIRST...

My first time here and I had a great massage. Very relaxing and they go above and beyond to set themselves apart from the rest. They are very welcoming and give you so many nice hot towels as part of the massage. And they provide refreshing tea and snack at the end. I’m planning on going back soon for couples massage. I had Lara as my massage therapist and she was fantastic! I also met Mindy at the front desk and she was very accommodating to my schedule. I called them last minute and was asking if I could reschedule my massage for later in the day. And she was able to do it for me as they had an opening....
