Paul Armbruster & his whole family is so humble & they all treat you as “Ohana “ like their own ! Paul takes pride in his customers & that what I like about Paul & his family not only in what he does the best ,of course! But no matter how busy or backed up he is in his work load , Paul & his family makes sure they never ever forget to make sure that their customers feel right at home . Paul will stop what he’s doing to take good care of his customers always making conversations that don’t even have anything to do w/business but he’s smart , he comes from old school , it has everything to do w/his business! I know where Paul & his family is coming from but the generations , sociaity, , laws & so on doesnt roll the same way ! It supposed to make all the good come back to you but life isn’t fair ! It is good . I’m not saying it’s not good for you all , I’m just saying you all deserve way better than what I see cause I never hear any of you grumbling about anything only humbleness is what I hear . I just pray & wish better for all of you cause you all give so much of all of yourselves to the world that lets you touch there life in your special ways you taught your family to treat other people in this world is number #1 priority! I went there to fix my watch but I haven't got a single notice from them since then. After 8 month we went back there asking why it takes so long and he comes up with every excuse, doesn't even tell us when it will be finished ( no apologies btw) After we keep on complaing he finally decided to fix but he broke the glass (he said watch is too small or something) We told him we'll take the watch back so pay for what he broke. He said he would and we took our watch back.

All we asked for him to do is to change battery. It took MORE THEN 8month(could've been longer if we didnt complain) + he broke my watch completely when he broke the glass. My watch was just fine before we handed to them and like I said, all I wanted to do was to change battery. I went to the other shop and were told this watch is broken and itll cost 550 to fix. He refused to pay this saying he'll only pay for the glass ($50). I waited 8month just to get my watch broken.

Never ever coming back. Worst...

Took a sterling silver I.D. bracelet to Mr. Armbruster. It had a missing locking clasp, many scratches, pits and scrolling from previous owner. When I got it back I was pleasantly shocked. He repaired all flaws, hand crafted a new locking clasp from sterling silver and engraved it as I wished. It had a brilliant hand polished shine. A true work of art. I was elated. I was again beside myself when he handed me the bill/receipt. The price he charged made me wonder how he could stay in business it was so low. This man is a living example of a true old world artesian, craftsman and artist. The love for what he does and the immense pride he takes in his work is rarely, if ever, seen in the world today.
