Aiea Manapua & Snacks — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I was initially going to write this review because I usually only have good things to say, but I can’t say for certain because the store has been closed the past four consecutive times I have gone (over the course of six months!!) :-( I actually love aiea manapua so much!! Their food and service are normally amazing, and everyone is very kind. They’re also great with large orders with no complaints. I’m extremely sad to say that the past four times I’ve tried to go, they have been closed due to vacation. however, this was not reflected on Google maps/the Internet/any social media, so you wouldn’t have known, unless you went there and got disappointed by their closing. I’m writing this in hopes of getting the attention of the owners, because it’s really disappointing to see that my favorite manapua shop is consistently closed with no future notice recently. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! If I had the option to give 10 stars, I would. EVERYTHING on their menu is absolutely delicious and very affordable. If you are in the neighborhood, you must stop here and get a bite to eat. The egg rolls are probably my favorite. They are packed with meat and veggies and are about the size of a large cucumber. This is not a dine-in restaurant. You pick your food from the menu, they bag it and you take it with you. They do sell drinks and coffee as well. Little hole in wall, delicious manapua! Parking in front but not much! Only a 2 butt store front, I image they can get quite a line! Filled to capacity with coolers of beverages ( even an icee machine) cases of prepared hot food and snack buns. My only complaint was that the buns weren't even warm, I expected them to be hot, took them to go and pulled out of drive and didn't realize I would need to heat them up! Which was a total bummer cause I dont even own a microwave! So next time I go I will ask them to heat! But so good I...
