Heads up it may be a little bit of a long review, but I try to provide as much information, specific details, and personal scenarios to hopefully help anyone who may read this to know what they could possibly expect for first timers or others better plan their next visit to a place!😊 Traffic flow, lack of parking, and pedestrian vs car traffic is just to name a few of the BIGGEST downsides of ever having to go to this shopping center! There’s never any available parking spaces in the back part of the center around this area stores like Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, nail salon, dentist office, and The UPS store(again that’s just naming a few of them), but there are also several other businesses who all are somehow suppose to be able to accommodate their customers and employees in a total of like 20 parking spaces!! There’s several 2+ stop sign intersections that also have crosswalks that cross over in multiple directions and sadly neither of those things mean anything most of the drivers out there aren’t likely to actually ‘STOP’ at most of those intersections or pay attention enough to notice someone may already be crossing. Definitely don’t try to get any gas if you’re running on E or have somewhere else you need to be by a certain time because the Safeway gas station and/or anything from the stores located between Ross and all the way to where the buildings end at City Mill are congested and busy most of the duration that they are open. But between the hours of 7am-9am, 1pm-2:30pm, or 4pm-6pm the whole place is an indescribable zoo with not one zookeeper or employee from the gas station out there attempting to help get the traffic under control?!! These issues are not based on the time or day of the week it’s always an everyday rain or shine problem that will make you begin to way your options on maybe it will just be better driving farther away to go to the same stores just to try and avoid all the unnecessary stress, frustration, amount of time, and anxiety you will have to endure just to complete a few simple everyday life tasks such as maybe wanting to go get a coffee? Pick up a prescription? Or just...
Read moreWent to buffalo wild bill for dinner , Our experience being there for the first time was terrible. We entered and was greeted by 4 individuals with smiles we were told to wait so they could buss a table for us . We finally got our table then a couple seconds our waitress came . She ask if we wanted anything to drink we ordered our drinks she brought our drinks. We then waited almost 20 mins. before she came by to let us know that she'll be back to take our order we then wanted another 10 - 15 mins. before she actually did take our order. In the mean time we observed that 3 tables on our right came in after us had there meals already and by the time we got our food the other tables were on their way out. I can't or won't apologize for not leaving anything but a penny . I've been a waitress for over 10 yrs. and the waitress was pretty awful not attentive , forgot our order or she had selective hearing anf she wasn't familiar with items on menu . I probably would have been more forgiving if it was busy . We were really disappointed. The Laulani Shopping Village is still a Awesome place , Grocery store , banks, Gas all in one , pet store ,...
