Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Hawaii

We walked in and the hostess was very polite. She said we could seat ourselves if we went to her left or she could seat us to our left. So we went to her left and sat ourselves in one of the low seated tables.

Apparently this was wrong. Which would have been fine if the waiter hadn't come over and acted like we purposely sat in the wrong section. His attitude was rude and aggressive. He did calm down by the end of the meal but the initial response did not need to be that rude. Our service was then extremely slow from then on. I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap with fries. There were exactly 10 fries on my plate. I don't normally count but there were so few on mine and my husbands plate we made a joke about it. When they dropped our appetizer off they forgot to leave forks so my husband had to go get someone. I never did recieved any of the waters I ordered and my regular drink was ordered when the food was brought out and did not come until we were completely done.

The drinks tasted great. But both of mine had more ice than drink in it. Not worth the cost.

The food was good except for the serious lack of French fries.

Normally I tip 20% at a minimum. Sometimes more. To get 20% from me all you need to do is bring me food and drinks in a timely manner and be polite. I've almost never tipped less then 20%. I like to tip high so when I come back they work hard to give me and my family a good dining experience. Today I tipped less than 10%. And the only reason I tipped that was because I felt bad not tipping something. If my husband had been handed the check they wouldn't have gotten anything.

Needless to say we will never return...

I can't even begin to tell you how lousy the service was we went on Friday for lunch a co-worker and I we sat outside our waiter handed us the menu and then went outside to smoke a cigarette with two other colleagues as we waited 15 minutes he came back took our appetizer order I asked for water he brought me back a hot cup of water 15 minutes later took our order left came back with someone else and said that they would be assisting us because he had a double shift and he needed to go on a break the young lady took our order disappeared for another 25 minutes came back and my order was incorrect she proceeded to tell me that she told the cook the right order what waitress does that? And Sassy I might add we asked for a cold water and another Sprite we waited another 15 minutes the Sprite never came then another young lady came after 15 minutes and brought my order and the onion rings were refried the grease was all over the plate needless to say I sent the plate back and by the way I also asked for mustard which never came and my coworker asked for ranch dressing that never came third young lady apologized but in the midst the manager came around and one of the young ladies told him that my order was wrong he didn't even come to the table and apologize he just looked the other way and kept walking inside the restaurant so from management it's bad what could I expect from the servers Allwood smirks on their face I guess it's just a job to them and they have no pride in what they do because that was the worst service in all my years anywhere that I've gone in the world I was so disappointed and by the way stood without lunch SMH NEVER...

Went for dinner tonight. It was 5:30 PM. There was ONE server working the entire room. Took forever to get a drink order taken. We were ready to order everything by the time someone came to our table.

Our server was Azaria. While she was nice enough, the look on her face said she didn't want to be there, and she had the ambition of a snail. She takes our drink order: a margarita, glass of soda and glass of water. We said we were ready to order. So we placed our appetizer and dinner order. The margarita is delivered by a young man who seemed to possibly be the bar tender? Next, the appetizer and one entree came out. Still no water or soda. At least ten minutes later, the other entree comes out. She basically plops the food down and keeps going. Never asked if everything was OK, do you need anything, etc... You can clearly see there are no beverages on the table. Meanwhile, there are at least five other servers just standing around by the bar, chatting and doing nothing. (The dining room was almost full). I am now finished my entrée... Still no water or soda, so I have to basically get in front of her to get her attention and ask for the beverages. She apologized and finally brought them.

The food was good, but service will make me not go back. Living within walking distance was the deciding factor for us to go there. Next time, we will stick with Panda Express, the Thai place, or...
