We’ve been to Thai Pho Ewa about 15–20 times, but after our last visit we won’t be going back. I ordered three dishes, including Pad Kee Mao (a favorite we’ve had many times before). This time it was bland and had no flavor. Our waiter even tasted it himself, confirmed it was flavorless, and apologized — but no effort was made to remake it.
When the bill came, the Pad Kee Mao was still listed, and we were told we had to pay for it anyway. We ended up paying for food that was poorly prepared, which felt very disappointing after being such loyal customers.
The service itself was friendly and the ambiance nice, but the way this situation was handled showed poor business practice. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this...
