Real disappointing grand opening visit. Ordered the hainanese chicken (#73 @ $13.95). It was super small plate and had very very little chicken, most of shredded. It also had a tiny bone mixed in the pile. The chicken was bland to the taste till you use the spicy sauce. It did come with a side container of chx broth. Also ordered one of the vermicelli bowls (#61 @ $15.95) that looked like it was way more food but in reality it was fluffed on a bed of salad. It also had 7-8 times more chicken than #73. WARNING - the fish sauce seems to come standard with chilli peppers! *Sigh*

First time here. Upon entering female staff/manager was yelling at a customer at the register. Not a pleasant way to enter a dining establishment. The other staff were friendly and attentive. The food was decent and the drink was ok. That female staff proceeded to be unfriendly to the other staff and boss them around. She even talked about the previous customer to others dining/waiting inside. Ambience was lacking but overall an ok experience.

A pretty tucked away spot for when you're craving Thai or Pho. I personally love their Mango Salad. Similar to Som Tum (Papaya Salad) but they use green mango that's right at the cusp of ripening so you get firm texture but a slightly sweeter taste. Highly recommend that. Their Pink Milk is made with the traditional Thai Sala syrup and they do serve it with Boba, but I suggest you get it without it to get the "traditional" version.

We’ve been to Thai Pho Ewa about 15–20 times, but after our last visit we won’t be going back. I ordered three dishes, including Pad Kee Mao (a favorite we’ve had many times before). This time it was bland and had no flavor. Our waiter even tasted it himself, confirmed it was flavorless, and apologized — but no effort was made to remake it.

When the bill came, the Pad Kee Mao was still listed, and we were told we had to pay for it anyway. We ended up paying for food that was poorly prepared, which felt very disappointing after being such loyal customers.

The service itself was friendly and the ambiance nice, but the way this situation was handled showed poor business practice. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this...

Bro, are you serious… just because you get phở ingredients at Don Quijote does not mean its gonna taste good or function.. This is a brand new restaurant and I was hype AF as I expect nothing but high quality ingredients etc….but seriously beyind dissappointed. I think I can make better cup of noodles…

Likewise, what makes a restaurant good is not only the food, but good service and experience. The restaurants empty, my fiancé and I ordered and wait for the food. The owner comes out to register to fix system, but doesnt even look at us or give any welcome… WHY DID YOU OPEN A PHO RESTAURANT IF YOU DON’T KNOW… THIS IS LIKE ME MAKING SOUTHERN CUISINE FOOD AND I SPECIALIZE IN...

Very disappointing experience. We wanted to support our local business but this one is a tough sale.

We ordered four dishes to go; chicken curry, spicy beef noodle soup, beef stew, and the seafood creamy sour soup, all between $15.50 and $18.00 per dish.

Overall, the dishes tasted bland and watered down. Mediocre customer service and uninformative. When we placed our order, we were not told the item we wanted was unavailable. Instead, the beef was swapped out with pig feet, we only realized when we got home and had to make another trip back to the restaurant to...
