It was May 29, Tuesday and I went into the salon late around 5. I came into the doors with a full hair that covers my eyes. When I got out during the haircut process it was going pretty good the same as I always go to Supercuts. But at the end my stylist would usually ask if I wanted to gel my hair or not like they usually do but for some reason she didn’t do it. But I didn’t mind at all and I didn’t ask because I thought their was a reason she didn’t offer me. I was pretty satisfied with my hair when I walked out of the place. But when I got home I shake up my hair just finding out that my bangs were waaay off. One side reaches my eyes and the other side reaches above my eyebrows. I’m am very very un satisfied with this supercut. This doesn’t reflect the store and all the employees who work their but my stylist herself. I will not come to this Supercuts ever again. Read moreI came in for a buzz as my hair was getting pretty long. When I sat down in the chair, the stylist was rude, abrupt, and abrasive when asking what I wanted done.
When she was almost finished she asked me if I wanted my beard touched up. I said absolutely not, I'm growing it out for a year, please do not touch it. She argued with me for a few moments before trimming more hair on the side of my head. When all of a sudden she just swiped my sideburns. I asked her if she touched my beard, because i said I did not want it touched she got defensive and angry and said "No I diddnt" When I asked why my beard which had been growing for 4 months is now almost 2 inches shorter on one sideburn, and why it looks stubby and shaven, she said WELL I DIDDNT TOUCH IT then told me I was done.
Between the rude staff and ignoring what I asked to have done I'm never coming back and they're not getting my money. If garbage haircuts and rude staff are your thing, then maybe this...

Per your multiple text messages, once I arrive I would be updated on wait time. I arrived about 1:20 pm in case I could get in earlier. At 1:35 the stylist (I assume) took another client as he was waiting while I was there. At no time when I checked in did anyone inform me of a wait time. At 1:50 pm I asked if I could get next available and was informed that because I made an appointment I could not and when I asked why no one informed me of wait time , all they said was the stylist was behind schedule. I’m perplexed as to why the check in person couldn’t tell me the stylist was running behind and that there was another appointment ahead of me. I then just canceled my appointment and left.
