Levi’s Outlet Store — Local services in Oʻahu

Stealing seems a regular practice here at store and we discovered later that the Levi’s staff were involved. Don’t visit this store it’s a scam. We are New Zealand residents visiting Hawaii for a holiday. We went to Levi’s store to shop and in 5 minutes my bag was stolen from store. My bag has my important documents and my phone and our passports. The store was not busy as it was closing time and this happened before closing. We instantly informed the staff that our bag was stolen and they seemed least bothered said we would have to leave the store. We informed police and requested cctv footage from Levi’s, the store first said it’s almost 7 we can get the access to footage tomorrow but next day we tried calling them explaining them how urgent it is for us to get back our passports, they seemed least bothered did not share who is the store manager, kept telling us different things which seemed very unreliable and no one was willing to inform us the name of the store manager as well. They never helped police with the footage and never tried to look for it make us think it’s a scam. Shame on the Levi’s brand as a company to have no responsibility and security for people visiting the store and trusting the brand. Really really disappointed in the management and measures...

While the selection here is good, it can be pricey regardless of their outlet status. I for one would rather purchase Levi's from Macy's where I can use their coupons for discounts, but you can score deals here too, sometimes.

This store has been in the Waikele Outlets ever since I can remember, but if memory serves me well, it takes up a smaller footprint than what they started out with. The guy's section was very organized with big signs posted on what jeans style/cut was in the area. Inventory was good as they had my oddball size in numerous colors. I've become a fan of their 511 line as they're slim fit that hugs your legs but not in that skinny jeans way. Some are even stretchy all around which makes me feel thinner than I really am. I also love their belts as their leather is softer and not shiny like dress belts, and the buckles have a brushed aluminum-look rather than gaudy, shiny chrome.

TIP: Back in the day, a lot of clothes were tagged with "irregular fit" tags but I didn't see any this time, thankfully. Who'd want a pant with one leg shorter than the other? LOL.

OVERALL: Great selection but not too much...

I came into the shop looking for some new clothes and I was assisted by two great employees Carlos and Jener! They both made me feel welcomed and they were both knowledgeable about their products and accommodating to my needs. Very friendly and great customer service as well! I was very impressed by how they took care of me, as I have no fashion sense at all, and wanted to share my experience and sentiment about them! Absolutely a wonderful experience!
