She does so, comes home immediately to show it to me and the tassel falls off. The sewing was loose and just popped right off in front of me. Told her to exchange it the next day. She does so, and Trevor told her he cannot do it without the strap and actually told her to call customer care and they can either mail her a tassel or exchange it in two weeks. What a joke. The bag cannot be resold for obvious reasons so a good manager would’ve exchanged it and just asked her to return the strap later. I called him immediately and he is now going to exchange it. But to put young kids in a situation like that making them waste gas going back-and-forth is absolutely no aloha. I can’t even fathom how he would treat tourist if this is how he treats local customers. 1 star for greeting 1 star for the cold AC. Upon walking in you are greeted immediately and advised of the current sale. Once my friend and I made our way around the store and picked up some items, we were ready to check out. there was not one cashier available to assist. We literally waited while several employees walked past us and not one acknowledgement. Knowing that we are standing in line waiting to pay and not one person said "Are you ready to check out? Or have you been helped? I am not a Michael Kors fan but my friend is. Plus it was her birthday weekend. Not a fan of his bags and not a fan of the lack of customer service. Spending my money on a location who isn't eager to help people check out is a waste of time. If it wasn't for my friends love for MK I would have walked right out.
