Went there the other day because as of now this is probably the only place on island to get packs of pokemon. I won’t say I regret it but thankfully I didn’t spend too much money in there. I came in with a smile and good intentions and the owner or who I presume was the owner didn’t really seem excited to have a customer. I have been doing business with Al since 1989 and have only had good experiences with this shop. He has been there since another era in card collecting and is friendly and engaged. He has great values in his vintage singles. I bought a NM 57 Clemente for $150 last summer and a ‘72 Bobby Orr for $50 a few days ago. SO many businesses in OB seemed to have failed in the last 40 years and every other card shop I used to go to in NYC from the 80s are long gone.
