Wingstop — Restaurant in Oak Creek

I have gone to over 3 Wing Stop locations in search of the perfect wings and fries. I special requested (as you can with the online ordering app) that my chicken wings be double fried as well as my fries. Otherwise, they are not crispy enough. They did do the job on the wings. I suggest you request the same if you want extra crispy. But they did not double fry my fries. They were super soggy. They still tasted really good, I just wish they were crispy.

The wings were crispy and had a spice rub of Hot honey (in my opinion - the best seasoning they have) and Louisiana rub. Both were AMAZING! We also ordered some Parmesan Garlic tenders which are a hit with my kids. I recommend everything I ordered. They are generous with the sauce and the ranch has a very unique taste. A taste that you know makes it homemade.

My order was ready within 5 min of me coming in to pickup. This has been the best location for having online orders ready on time. A shame I don't live closer I would go here all the time. Too bad they couldn't follow directions on my order or this would be a 5 star.

Wow! Disgusting. I have heard so many times from ppl that wing stop was good and maybe they are but this one was horrible. It smelt some kinda way on the drive home in the to go bag like a sour ruined hot sauce or grease or something I don’t know but I ate two bites and chunked it and I didn’t get my fries. But not only that, the hygiene and laziness about the place calls for it to be shut down. One dude in the back corner on a grease box in the kitchen scratching his nose on his phone and then steps back up not washing his hands and every employee doing the same just disgusting behavior. But regardless the absolute worst tasting and smelling food I have ate in a long time. My god do better or don’t own a business your messing with peoples health by serving contaminated foods yes the food in general isnt that good for you but with how yall make it , it’s like a ticking time bomb to kill somebody. What’s wrong with people is that nobody cares anymore to just work hard and do the job your hired to do and do it right, if one of you was the owner y’all don’t deserve a restaurant $19 something for 5 chicken fingers and a sprite with no fry’s lol joke!!....

I had placed an order online but kept saying my order didn’t go through I had the money token out of my account I had called and wasn’t satisfied with what I was being told I had ended up going to the store to figure it all out there was no manager there to help my needs all I wanted was my food and not have to repay n wait for a refund when I have the receipt of the money being token out of my account thanks to the shift lead who was patient n generous enough to get in touch with the general manager to solve this issue once I started telling the manager my issue she told me I wasn’t in her system after repeatedly explaining I was charged she claimed the only thing she could do was i send a screenshot so she can send it to her district manager and then she would know what to do from there and since she was driving we wouldn’t have known how long that would’ve took ..I have previously worked at wing stop not just one but multiple and dealt with multiple situations like this and the main priority was making the customer happy no matter the issue instead of having to contact the distract manager her as a general manager should have known what to do from...
