Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Oak Creek

The guy that receive customers and take orders is really bad on that position, and should be removed from there. He rush so bad to take my order. The place was almost empty except for 2 ladies that were eating in there. So. It was no reason to rush people.

Well, he barely let me place my order, cause he interrupted me every world that I was saying, cause he totally was in a hurry to take my order. I order 2 chicken Alfredo. 1 for me and 1 for my daughter that was right there with me.

My daughter said, mom you didn’t tell him that I don’t want veggies and that I want doble meat! I said no, don’t you see he barely let me speak?

When I pick my order, it was only 1 bowl in the bag. I asked him why is only 1 bowl in the bag? He said that I order only 1 bowl.

My daughter said, mom why he give you only 1? You ordered for you and for me! Obviously he didn’t hear when I say 2 chicken Alfredo’s. Cause he was rushing. My daughter told me to order again 1 for me, but I didn’t want cause he looked not happy to have us right there, so we leave the place.

I don’t know if he was in a hurry of take me out of the place, or what, cause the place was empty. If anyone else had something to say about this guy. It’s time to do it. Cause is not right that people go here to pay for a meal, and get this kind of service. I walked out the store very disappointed, and starving. My daughter was sad cause I didn’t get my food. My husband and I both suffered terrible food poisoning after our most recent visit. If that wasn't bad enough, my last two experiences in the restaurant haven't been great either. The staff is mainly young teenagers with no regard for professionalism or customer service. While waiting for my last carryout order, the staff proceeded to talk loudly and inappropriately about their coworkers and ongoing childish drama. The only adult, I assume their supervisor, did nothing to reign the conversation in and even fueled the situation by revealing details of a conversation she had with one of her employees who had just left a few moments prior. The time before that, there was water all over the floor when we walked in. One of the girls was "cleaning" the floor around the door/cash register by filling buckets and dumping it on the tile. She did not use a mop or anything else. Simply dumped the water and walked away. They didn't even put up caution signs and several people, myself included, almost slipped and fell when entering/exiting...

I've been here 3 times now, each time has been exactly what I expected, was treated well so were other guest I observed, food was good, the price is about what I expected for the food/service I got. The big reason why they get 5/5 stars for me is, while I was eating in, I observed one of the employee's preparing a customers soup and she noticed it had spilled out of the bag. She instantly took action, got the bag/soup threw it away, had someone re-prepare the soup/bag for the customer, all while having a good attitude about it. Being pro-active instead of 1. letting the customer find that and 2. keeping a cool head about that was awesome. KEEP IN MIND, this has never happen the other times I was there.
