Kim did a fine job of selling our condo once we got the price right. She communicated well and followed up on details to make sure everything was handled, doing so in a relaxed and comfortable manner, making everything smooth for us. With her own and her family's long history in Oak Island real estate, she knows the ins and outs of the local market and knows the listing, sale, and purchase process completely. It was a pleasure to work with her. The only downside of her service was that she talked us into a higher price than our research had suggested, only to have to reduce the price after a lost month to where we'd figured it would have to be in the first place.
