I don't usually leave reviews but I felt it was necessary. My sister and I came in to get smoothies and protein shakes. There is a pretty big menu and my husband and children were out in the car. We asked who I assume is one of the owners a few questions about the menu and I asked her if she could just make me a protein shake and something with Whey protein. First she barked at me and told me she doesn't have whey protein. Then when I asked her if she could just put water and ice to blend it like I make it at home she rolled her eyes and agreed but was not happy. I don't feel like I should have to share this but I am prediabetic and can't have a bunch of sugary fruit on top of protein powder. I even apologized and said we aren't trying to be difficult after I realized she was so offended that we had questions and wanted to customize. They offer a build your own smoothie so I didn't think it would be an issue. My sister tried to order one of her smoothies but just asked her simply if she could switch out the chocolate protein powder for vanilla she barked and told her NO look at the menu its NOT listed! Don't be a business owner that serves food the public if you don't want to answer questions Don't offer custom drinks if you aren't willing to customize If you simply can't customize just say oh I'm sorry we really can't change the ingredients or do it that way but let me help you find something on the menu you can have!

I normally do not do reviews but after having long and exhausting day - this shop brought a smile to my face! This place is truly a local gem! I’ve been getting my protein shakes/snacks/local honey here for years, and they absolutely blow me away every single time with their kindness. The owners are the sweetest, most professional group of people and they truly care about their customers. They always go above and beyond to make sure it’s perfect experience every time.

If you are looking for something more on the healthy side, then look no further and grab yourself a smoothie from Inergy Market! It’s a bit more expensive than most smoothie places, but I promise the quality is worth it! The folks running the place are also very pleasant and you don’t mind spending the extra money for some nice, hard working people! It’s just recently become my go to place when I need an afternoon pick-me-up to get me through the rest of my day. It’s better than grabbing a cub of joe for a much needed afternoon pick up!
