Starbucks — Restaurant in Oak Park Heights

Apparently, the staff of this store has changed since the review of one year ago. I have NEVER patronized a Starbucks with a more rude and unhappy staff than this one, and I travel all over the U.S.

On several visits, I have stood at the counter for a minute or longer before even being acknowledged.While I understand that the drive-through is very busy, there is no excuse for ignoring any customer.

This morning, there were 2 of us waiting at the counter without even being greeted, & the person in front of me stated that he was not going to return. I agree.

There is a Starbucks right across the street in the grocery store. I would suggest that locals consider patronizing it, or the Target Starbucks that is nearby.

Shame on you, Starbucks, for allowing such poor management and staff attitude and service. I'll not be returning to...

i ordered my drink, which of course it was busy. but besides that they could have worked more faster and efficiently. i am a barista myself so i know how it feels. but this was ridiculous. i was standing waiting around for a half an hour. that’s a bit much. people that ordered way after me were able to leave before me. also mobile orders were their #1 priority. which, yes they’re important. but when your working on a drink and a customer orders at the register finish with them and then do your mobile order. otherwise very...

Starbucks in Kowalski’s Oak Park Heights is the best! We go out of our way to come to this location for 2 reasons….. the people who work here and they make the best drinks!
