Associates are not helpful at all. Employee literally walked away after not finding what I asked for ( he said he would check in back, but went to front and just stood around and did nothing). Finally found what I was looking for and 1 of the products was not working ( was a cable) tried to return cable and was told they don't accept cables that are not still twist tied in the box.... Literally can go on amazon and pay half the price and return with no problem. I sat there for 45 minutes and finally the Customer service manager ( after arguing with me about it's store policy they don't accept cable returns). During this time I called the other guitar center in area and they said they would gladly return for me.. I also called Guitar center customer service hotline and they said it's not a store policy (they don't accept cable returns). There was literally no signs posted or no-one told me that you can't return opened cables. Place is a a joke of a store-- shop on amazon or...

I was taking some lessons with Emily last month, and she was able to teach me and fix some things that I was doing wrong, and I am so thankful for that. Over the last couple years, guitar center has been upgrading their stores, and it's obvious that they've done that here with this one. Since it has opened, it has only gotten better. The used guitar and bass section has hidden gems in it priced really well from time to time! You literally never know what you're going to find here. Especially now as GC continues to evolve into the modern...
Read moreItâs a Guitar Center. That means a lot of value and mid-range. Large inventory of Fender and Gibson product, especially Squire, Made in New Mexico product and Epiphone. They focus on value, high volume product⌠but the USA made, high-end inventory options here arenât bad. More so on the electric side than acoustic, but I found staple like the Gibson J-45 and Martin D-28 in stock. Everything from USA Les Paul standards to a few $10,000+ Murphy labs Gibsons. Service is what it is, unfortunately not good. Minimum wage workers who arenât well trained on the product. That cost them a few stars⌠good place to buy an inexpensive...
