Update: Changed the rating from a 1 to a 3, which I believe is still a stretch, we decided to go back to the warehouse after 6 months to restock on some products out of convenience. After a few minutes I was approached by a lady with a print out of my review which I had completely forgot I even left. The attitude was uncalled for saying "I thought you weren't coming back" "You are the only 1 star review we were 5 stars before you." So no, you do not deserve 5 stars, the information provided in my review should have been taken critically and helped you improve your warehouse. Secondly, there are about 4 1 Star Reviews, one of which came a month after mine.

The warehouse is far more organized however, which was a welcome change, but most of the products are still not priced, so unless you have the catalog handy, good luck. The other employees are very friendly and will help get you anything you need.

Prices on most product is priced well, some items are still outrageously priced too high. But we can still find a good amount of products from this warehouse to purchase, mostly trinkets and little things. But when you see a palm stone with a drilled hole for a pen asking $10, that is laughable.

Check your boxes of product before purchasing anything in bulk. A good amount of product in labeled boxes are either the wrong material or severely damaged. We managed to move the quartz clusters we purchased even though some were damaged. We also had to return the box we got cause it was labeled incorrectly and swap it out for the correct box. The dyed agate cylinder points we purchased 80% of them were damaged/chipped.

Overall because your employees are kind and you have a large selection to choose from 3 Stars, if I was approached in a friendly way and asked for more detail as to why I had given a negative review maybe 4, but they are certainly not 5 star.

This location has some nice employees, but the quality of product is low, the warehouse is unorganized, half of the product is not priced, and when you check out you get charged more than what is priced on the shelf (if it is priced). The prices here are also much too high. I can get the same prices for much lower prices, the only reason we have gone here to pick up product is out of convenience. Drove all the way there on a Friday and found out their hours had changed and they were closed to the public. Following month I drove there again (2 hours one way) and when we arrived were informed there is a minimum 3 hour check out wait time as they only have one person ringing sales up. I asked if this is a permanent thing now and she said Yes. So they are choosing one check out person, and make you wait. I noticed the employee who checked me out last time was attending to other things. It wasn't that there were lines of people, there were a few people waiting in line who had 4 full carts each. I am a small business owner and spend about 600-$1 k per visit and would be quicker to ring up. It is very upsetting and I haven't been back since. It would have been nice to be more accommodating, but the owner seemed to not care and that was the most upsetting part, was the indifference energy coming off of her, SHE DIDN'T CARE. They DO seem bothered by customers and one gets the feeling they rather not be open to the public. Oh well. Haven't been back since, kind of scared to gamble the drive and have to wait 3 hours or more to check out. If their policy changes I will edit my review. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I called the orlando store to see if they had petrified wood limbs in stock and the girl that I spoke to on the phone said yes and that would be next door at village tribal. I told her I was driving 2 hours to go there and asked her if she was sure. She reinterated that they did. Yep, You guessed it , I arrived and I was told that all the petrified limbs were in Tucson. I wasted $20.00 in gas and 4 hours on the road. Then everyone started questioning me about when I called , who I spoke to and that I cant imagine who would have told me that, Like I was the one giving them the wrong info.
