I decided to buy the small fruit cake for a birthday, which cost $28. At first, the strawberries on top were whole, but I requested them to be sliced, and that really improved the cake's appearance. The cake had a lovely, simple design that caught my eye. Surprisingly, it was larger than I had anticipated for a small cake. It turned out to be the perfect size, feeding 24 people with some leftovers to enjoy later. The best part? It wasn't dry inside, which was a relief. The taste was pretty good, not overly sweet, more like a sponge cake with a fruity twist. The frosting was pleasantly light, without any greasiness. I felt it was a worthy indulgence, and I also enjoyed their tasty coconut bun.I have 4 stars because the boba drink was too sweet and the boba was chewy.

Very lowkey, hole in the wall type of place, pretty unassuming, especially with their barely legible, faded sign, but don't let the outside appearance fool you, their baked goods are absolutely DIVINE. The bread for their buns is so soft, and subtly sweet like the perfect pretzel without the chewiness. I haven't had their cakes yet, but I've been buying either right from the location or from various Asian markets they supply in CFL for years, and they've always been delicious. Highly recommend you give this hidden gem a try.

I wish I discovered this place sooner! Small bakery that looks family run with decent prices. Each bun was $1.50 so I got a few to try since there weren't many out on display. They taste good, not super soft, but I felt I got my money's worth. It seems like you can call-in an order for a bulk buy or to order specific buns. I also tried some of their cake rolls and a cake sampler, which didn't taste too sweet (a good thing!!).

I’m no expert on CHINESE PASTRIES (I assume these are Chinese-based) however I’ve seen many of these at Orlando Asian markets. The Bread PASTRIES ARE VERY LIGHT, AIRY, SPONGY… it’s difficult to judge these when compared against good, American bakery products because they seem like their own category with their own mass following. This will definitely appeal to someone- just not me. All ITEMS ARE CREATED IN-HOUSE and most Bread-y items are ALREADY WRAPPED UP IN PLASTIC for easy transport. I took a couple Boba Tea drinks to go and those were okay too. A bit powdery somehow but still refreshing. The PRICES INSIDE ARE GREAT- these are great snacks for...

Thousands have relished this Orlando cornerstone bakery's products without ever having set foot in its small shop. Small and inconspicuously located in a nondescript shopping strip one block northeast of the Orange Blossom Trail/Sand Lake Road intersection, Qi Dragon Bakery is the local purveyor of packaged Chinese buns, cookies, and “Western” pastries to many Asian grocery stores in the Orlando area. In addition to their regular selection of stuffed baked buns and pastries, the bakery offers custom-ordered cakes through...
